Teen Health Center

There is one Teen Health Clinic in Texas City ISD at Calvin Vincent Early Childhood Center.

Anyone 21 years or younger can use the clinics at no charge. If you are under 18 years of age, you need a consent signed by your parent or guardian.

Students can be diagnosed and treated for minor illnesses like sore throats, asthma and other conditions. Physical exams, health screenings and shots can also be given.

Sports physicals are $5; however, all other services are free. For Immunization visits we only accept Medicaid or No Insurance. Chips or private Insurance will not be accepted. For all other services it does not matter what insurance students have.

The clinic is staffed by a physician assistant and nurse practitioner, along with pediatricians and therapists.

The physician assistant and nurse practitioner are under the supervision of a pediatrician and are licensed to provide medical care and write prescriptions.

The clinic is open all year during school hours. Appointments are preferred.

For questions or appointments, please call 409-916-0720.
