Calvin Vincent Registration Information for the 2021-2022 School Year
The pre-enrollment application and registration process is June 1-30 for all 3 and 4 year old students. If space allows, late enrollment will begin July 1st.
Students who are 3 on September 1, 2021 could be eligible for our Head Start program. Those students must come from a family who meets income eligibility (living in poverty), receives TANF, receives SSI, is homeless, or the child must be a legal foster child. All 3 year olds must also reside in the attendance zones for Guajardo, Heights, Kohfeldt, or Roosevelt-Wilson Elementary only.
Students who are 4 on September 1, 2021 could be eligible for our Pre-K or Head Start programs. Those students must come from a family who meets income eligibility (eligible for free or reduced lunch), receives TANF, receives SNAP, is homeless, is a military family, or the child must be a legal foster child. All 4 year olds must reside within the entire TCISD attendance zone, including Hayley and Simms.
Applications are not accepted on a first come first served basis, but rather prioritized based on need according to responses in the application. Any application that is missing shot records, two proofs of residency, and/or two proofs of income for each parent living in the household or that has incomplete forms included, will not be processed. Those parents will be notified that their application is incomplete and will need to resubmit.
Please be sure to respond to every question on every document and submit all required documentation to ensure that your child’s application is processed.
Letters will be sent at the end of July informing parents if their child has been accepted into the program for the 2021-2022 school year.
