Eight Texas City ISD campuses earned a combined 19 Distinction Designations in the Texas Education Agency’s 2026 accountability ratings, recognizing outstanding academic performance in specific areas.

TEA Distinction Designations recognize campuses for achievement in areas such as individual academic subjects, postsecondary readiness, academic growth and closing achievement gaps. Campuses earn distinctions based on their performance compared with similar campuses across the state.
